When we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices indicated by a GPC setting as required by applicable law.

Some states have varying timelines for when a response to a consumer rights request must be given. We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically. The response we provide will explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. If we reject a request, you may have the right to appeal our decision. In such cases, you will be provided with details on how to request an appeal of our decision.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your applicable state privacy rights. Unless otherwise permitted by law, we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates for goods or services (including through granting discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties), provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services for exercising your privacy rights.
Other State Privacy Rights California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits customers that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Mexico If you are a resident of Mexico, you may be provided certain privacy rights under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (“LFPDPPP”). These rights (“ARCO Rights”) include:

- The right of rectification, which includes the right to correct inaccuracies in the personal information we maintain about you.
- The right of cancellation, which allows you to delete personal data that we maintain about you, if the grounds and purposes for processing no longer apply.
- The right of objection, which allows you to object to the processing of your data, including processing by automated means, when such processing produces significant effects.

In submitting a request, please ensure that you clearly identify the specific right to be invoked. Only you or a legal representative may submit a request. We may request additional information from you in order to evaluate and facilitate your request, including for verification purposes. We endeavor to respond substantively to requests within 20 business days of receipt. We reserve the right to deny your request for a number of reasons. For example, we may deny your request, in whole or in part, for the following reasons:
- If we are unable to verify the identity of the data subject or legal representative.
- If we do not hold personal data about the data subject.
- If complying with the request would harm the rights of a third party.
- If complying with the request would be contrary to a legal impediment or resolution from a competent authority.
- If the request has already been carried out.
If we deny your request, we will communicate such decision to you, as well as the reasons for the denial, within 20 business days. If you believe that your rights have been violated, you may file a data protection request with the Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance within 15 days of receipt of our response. If we are able to facilitate your request, we will provide such information in a form that is generally understandable. In responding to your request, we will attempt to be as specific as possible. In such cases, we will employ reasonable data security measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
